To explain this post: Only individual medals from the World Championships and Olympics are counted. A gold is worth three points, silver is worth two points, and bronze is worth one point. If there is a tie, both gymnasts get the full point total.
Andreea Raducan is in the data twice. One with her official medal count, a second time with her stripped Olympic medal included in Andrea’s final point total. Simona Amanar, Maria Olaru, and Liu Xuan are not penalized. Their point totals reflect the gold, silver, and bronze medals they officially won at the 2000 Olympics.
At the bottom of the list is are links to more data using the same points system.

Is Amanar’s tally counting her AA gold in 2000 or a silver?

My data treats the 2000 AA as a tie. Amanar and Raducan each get the full 3 points.
That’s a really good question and I should have clarified that in the post (which I will edit).
